Subject of alert found dead, RCMP says

Speaking to CBC News, RCMP Staff Sgt. Kris Clark reiterated that the person who was the subject of the emergency alert — described as a woman in a dress with brown hair — is believed to be the person found dead.

“I don’t have any details on the identity or the age or any of that information of the suspect at this time,” he said.

He added that police often have reports of multiple shooters during chaotic situations like this, and they would not be discounting that information.
