Under Bill 106, up to 25 per cent of doctors’ compensation would be linked to their performance, in an effort to get them to take on more patients. Quebec Health Minister Christian Dubé had set a summer deadline to negotiate with the doctors’ federations in the province. But they want the government to scrap the bill altogether.
