The federation representing medical specialists in the province is accusing the Coalition Avenir Québec government of stalling negotiations to reach a new agreement. The group is now putting more pressure on officials. Meanwhile, MNAs have adopted Bill 19. It changes how general practitioners are paid and replaces the controversial law known as Bill 2.
