What’s Included in Sunwing Vacations Premium Cabin?

July 24, 2026 Team Contributor

Sunwing Vacations is giving travellers a new way to enhance their holiday experience with the introduction of its Premium Cabin option on eligible 7-night packages. Available for departures beginning October 1, 2026, the new offering provides guests with access to a dedicated cabin at the front of the aircraft, along with enhanced onboard amenities and services.

The launch is part of the company’s effort to provide travellers with more choice and flexibility when booking their vacations.

What’s Included in Sunwing Vacations Premium Cabin?

Sunwing says the new cabin offering is intended for travellers looking to start enjoying their vacation experience as soon as they step onboard.

Marek Andryszak, President, Sunwing Vacations Group, said, “At Sunwing Vacations, we’re continuously enhancing our products to provide guests with even more choice and flexibility”

“The addition of premium cabin further strengthens our vacation offering and delivers an elevated travel experience from the moment guests step onboard.”

Guests booking the upgrade can expect:

  • A dedicated cabin located at the front of the aircraft.
  • Enhanced onboard amenities and services.
  • An upgraded travel experience before arriving at their vacation destination.

Introductory Launch Offer

To celebrate the rollout, Sunwing is introducing special introductory pricing:

  • Premium Cabin upgrades start from $300 per person, round trip.
  • The offer applies to eligible seven-night packages booked until August 31, 2026.
  • Travel dates run between October 2026 and April 2027, subject to booking conditions and availability.
  • Existing customers with eligible bookings made before July 15, 2026, may also add the upgrade through the Sunwing Sales Centre.

How This Upgrade Could Appeal to Vacationers

The launch reflects a growing shift in travel, where comfort is becoming just as important as the destination itself. As travellers increasingly seek premium experiences without splurging on full business-class fares, Sunwing Vacations is positioning itself to offer a more relaxed and seamless start to winter escapes.

Whether heading to Mexico, the Caribbean or Central America, guests can now begin unwinding the moment they board rather than waiting until they reach the resort.

More Ways for Canadians to Travel South

As Canada’s leading vacation provider, Sunwing Vacations offers direct service from cities across the country to popular sun destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America. The company says it offers more vacation packages to southern destinations than any other vacation provider in Canada, giving travellers access to a wide range of getaway options.

What sets the experience apart is that it extends beyond the flight. Through its destination partner, NexusTours, Sunwing customers are welcomed upon arrival and supported throughout their stay, helping create a smoother vacation experience from departure to return.

Beyond the Flight Experience

As Sunwing expands its vacation offerings through Premium Cabin upgrades, it is also building stronger connections through travel-focused campaigns and experiences. Beyond the introduction of Premium Cabin, the company has been encouraging destination discovery through programs such as Sunwing’s Canada’s Next Top Creators Season 2, which brings together Canadian creators to share unique travel stories and experiences.
