Actor and Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto is facing allegations of criminal sexual conduct, with four women telling BBC in a new documentary released Wednesday that the offences took place when they were teenagers.

Leto denies BBC allegations
The BBC says it saw pictures and messages in some cases, and that it made repeated attempts to contact Leto for comment, but he did not respond to the allegations put to him. CBC News also reached out to Jared Leto’s representatives, but had not received comment at the time of publication.
However, multiple outlets, including The Hollywood Reporter, report that Jared Leto’s representatives provided them with a statement.
“I have never sexually assaulted anyone in my entire life,” said Leto, 54, in the statement, which also calls the claims made in the documentary “absolutely and categorically false.”
