Royalton Hotels and Resorts returns to Jamaica in full strength. Now with five resorts open, the brand has achieved its milestone of re-establishing and re-strengthening its Jamaican footprint.

Announced on 15th September 2026, this comprehensive re-opening expands to five signature properties in Montego Bay and Negril following major capital investments in redesigning public spaces, rooms, building sustainable infrastructure, and digital technology upgrades.

Across all the properties, there have been extensive enhancements in redesigning suites and guestrooms, which blend contemporary luxury with Jamaican accents.

Contactless technology enhances guest autonomy with interactive in-room TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi extending to the beach, and an intuitive resort app.

Pre-arrival tools like digital pre-check-in and online room selection make arrival times smooth. An interactive AI concierge will also launch in the coming months, offering quick, round-the-clock assistance.

On the western coast of Jamaica, Royalton Negril stands out as the premier, multigenerational resort that is equipped with seven bars, nine restaurants, pickleball courts, a splash park and an outdoor theatre that is ready to host high-energy nightly events.

Near to it, the Royalton Hideaway Negril will cater to adults who seek refined connection with dedicated beach areas, oceanfront pools and swim-out suites.

With the Royalton’s Book 1, Enjoy 2 concept, Hideaway guests gain access to all dining bars and amenities at the neighboring Royalton Negril, unlocking 12 restaurants and 12 bars.

Rounding out the Negril collection, the Grand Lido Negril offers an intimate and adults-only au naturel resort experience in a secluded setting.

In Montego Bay, the Royalton Blue Waters brings an energetic atmosphere which features a pirate-themed water park, a lazy river, teen disco nights, kids’ club and the Royal Spa.

Just a few steps away, the Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters serves as its serene adults-only counterpoint. It offers 352 suites along with a private offshore islet. Hideaway guests can also experience the Book 1 Enjoy 2 privilege for accessing 12 restaurants and 11 bars across the combined complex.

Future growth and sustainable infrastructure

Sustainability is central to the operations of Royalton. Reinstalled solar panel arrays at the Royalton Blue Waters and Royalton Negril are projected to generate more than 634,000 kWh of renewable energy every year,

Looking ahead, Royalton is expanding its island presence with summer 2027 debut of the Royalton CHIC Jamaica Paradise Cove, which will introduce lifestyle-focused adults-only experiences in Jamaica for the very first time.
