Canadian Screen Awards style? Always a serve. It’s where the stars show up in the perfect mix of glam, cool and maybe a tiny bit of risk. With each Canadian-designed outfit and fashion moment, the CSAs have quietly built one of the most interesting red carpets out there.
In honour of this year’s events, we’re looking back on some of the best fashion from the inaugural ceremony in 2013 to now — plus highlights from its predecessors, the Genies and the Geminis.
From Tynomi Banks — one of the stars of Canada’s a Drag and, later, Canada’s Drag Race — at the 2019 CSAs and the Trailer Park Boys sporting hockey chic at the 2003 Geminis to Andrea Martin arriving at the Geminis in full ’80s glam, these are the best looks from Canadian film and TV awards past.
