A family clinic in downtown Montreal that treats over 10,000 patients could close its doors due to Bill 2, a controversial law that ties doctors’ salaries to key performance indicators. Dr. Andrée Vincent says Clinique Medic Elle, which also serves as a centre for victims of sexual assault, could lose some of its doctors. She and her colleagues are already receiving job offers from outside the province.
