Figure skater Madeline Schizas says she was surprised when her Instagram post about requesting an extension on an assignment from her professor at McMaster University went viral. Victor Satzewich says he didn’t even know he had an Olympian taking his online class. Satzewich granted the assignment extension, but Schizas will still be writing the course midterm on Tuesday. ‘No excuses,’ he said.
