Tadjan’ah Desir, 31, died in hospital four days after she was allegedly pushed from the balcony of a building in Montreal’s Mercier–Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough. Laval resident James Theramene is facing a charge of aggravated assault in connection with her death.
