Regent Seven Seas Cruises announced Regent Seven Seas Prestige Solmar Terrace as its newest al fresco daytime venue. Set to debut aboard the ultra-luxury ship this December, it joins a newly revealed Mediterranean menu for specialty restaurant Azure and enhanced recipes at Prime 7, expanding Regent’s all-inclusive culinary lineup.

Located aft of Compass Rose on Deck 5, the Seven Seas Prestige Solmar Terrace will operate daily from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm, serving a menu of sushi, mezze starters, tapas and small yakitori plates alongside the sweeping ocean views.

Along with Seven Seas Prestige Solmar Terrace, guests will be experiencing Azure, which draws flavors from Northern Africa, Southern Europe, and the Middle East with dishes like Duck Leg Confit, Croquetas di Carne, and Gambas al Ajillo.

Meanwhile, Regent’s signature Prime 7, the popular steakhouse, will feature the transformed recipes, including Lobster Thermidor, House-Smoked Baby Back Ribs, and a 14-Layer Chocolate Mousse Cake.

“Dining is an essential part of the Regent experience, and Seven Seas Prestige represents an exciting opportunity to further elevate our all-inclusive culinary offering…Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose and Azure add even more choice, variety and flexibility for guests.” – Wesley D’Silva, President, Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
