The Royal Caribbean Summer 2028 lineup is now officially announced. Its Caribbean and Mexico deployment is launching an expansive lineup spanning 11 game-changing ships operating out of homeports in Northeast, Puerto Rico, Texas, and Florida.

Running from April through October 2028, the schedule is headlined by four Icon Class vessels stationed in Texas and Florida, alongside a newly amplified Symphony of the Seas departing from Miami.

The deployment highlights signature destinations, including Perfect Day CocoCay in the Bahamas and the newly introduced Royal Beach Club Paradise Island in Nassau.

Florida remains the epicenter of Royal Caribbean’s deployment, housing five flagship vessels which offer round-trip Caribbean escapes:

  • Brilliance of the Seas (Tampa) – Offering six- and seven-night Western Caribbean escapes, focusing on aquatic excursions across Belize City’s Mesoamerican Barrier Reef and Grand Cayman’s Stingray City.
  • Star of the Seas and Harmony of the Seas (Port Canaveral) – Both ships will run seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean voyages. Star will visit Samaná and San Juan, while the recently amplified Harmony incorporates calls at Nassau with access to Royal Beach Club Paradise Island.
  • Legend of the Seas (Fort Lauderdale) – Operating six- and eight-night sailings to Cabo Rojo (Dominican Republic) and Oranjestad (Aruba), Legend features 28 dining options-including the immersive Royal Railway – Legend Station-and high-energy entertainment headlined by Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
  • Symphony of the Seas (Miami) – Set to debut a newly amplified lineup of onboard experiences in 2028, Symphony will sail six- and eight-night getaways to destinations including Willemstad, Curaçao, and Falmouth, Jamaica.
  • Hero of the Seas (Miami) – Arriving in Miami following its August 2027 launch, the newest Icon Class ship will operate seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean voyages starting April 2028. Onboard highlights include nine pools (featuring the new Coconut Cove and The Hideaway swim-up bar), over 40 dining and drinking options, interactive cooking classes, and the three-story Ultimate Family Treehouse.
