More Quebecers are being infected by this diarrhea-causing parasite

Cyclospora is a microscopic parasite typically transmitted through fruits and vegetables exposed to feces-contaminated irrigation water. As of July 11, 107 cases have been reported in Quebec — a rise of 77 cases compared to the same period last year.
